Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) Full-Time Higher National Diploma (HND) Acceptance Fee Payment, Admission Clearance, Registration Exercise Guidelines and Procedures for Freshers/Newly Admitted Students for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

This is to inform all students admitted into the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) Higher National Diploma HND Full Time programme that they are hereby invited to the central admission screening and clearance exercise for 2020/2021 academic session scheduled to hold as follows below:

LASPOTECH HND Registration Documents for Newly Admitted Students 2020/2021

1. JAMB Admission Letter
2. LASPOTECH Admission/Acceptance Letter
3. Acceptance Fees, Third Party & School Fees Receipts
4. LASPOTECH Post UTME Application Form
5. JAMB RESULT SLIP
6. CHANGE OF INSTITUTION JAMB SLIP
7. WAEC/ NECO/ NABTEB results
8. Passport Photograph (8 Nos)
9. Course Registration Forms
10. Letter of Undertaking by Student/ Parents
11. Matriculation Oath Parent/Guarantor Indemnity Form
12. Birth Certificate/Birth Affidavits
13. Clearance form signed by Departmental Registration Officer
14. Finger print verification and scanned form signed at the Central clearance (School of Agriculture
Auditorium Ikorodu Campus)(5 copies of all documents to include Student’s personal copy)

LASPOTECH HND Registration & Admission Clearance Exercise Guidelines 2020/2021

Please note that admitted HND candidates are advised to visit the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu campus for further screening and clearance, with their departmental registration and School Officers, before effecting their payment and registration.

Kindly note that the screening and clearance exercise for HND has been scheduled to hold from 8th February.

REGISTRATION ENDS: TWO WEEKS AFTER RESUMPTION
.

In view of this, all the newly admitted students (ND I and HND I) and the returning students (NDII-SIWES and HND II) are to take note of the following;
1. For ND I and HND I: Payment of Acceptance levy before clearance and subsequent payment of school fees after clearance by Departmental officers and their respective School officer. All payment must be made online via the school portal. PLEASE, NO CASH PAYMENT.
2. NDII- SIWES and HND II returning students are to pay their school fees via the portal within the same period of registration.
3. Registration period of two (2) weeks shall apply to all students - February 8th to 19th 2021.
4. Central Registration points opens for new students (ND I and HND I) between 10am and 2pm daily at the following locations while observing all COVID-19 protocols.

NOTE: All successfully cleared candidates should proceed with the online registration exercise to enable them print their admission letters and make payment of necessary school charges.

LASPOTECH HND [Full-Time] Registration Procedures for Fresh Students 2020/2021

1. Go to the LASPOTECH website (http://mylaspotech.edu.ng)
2. Click on the "Student Login" link
3. Login with your application number and surname in lowercase as password (upon successful login, you will be required to change your password to a more secure alternative)
4. Proceed to make payment for acceptance fee and third party by following the steps below:
• Click "Generate/Re-Generate Fees" link. (Select the appropriate session and submit)
• Click "View Pay Advice", select session and submit to view details of the fees and respective amounts payable.
• Click "Pay Online Now!" to pay Acceptance and Third party fees online
• Upon successful payment, print payment receipts
5. Click the "Admission Letter" link to download your Letter of Acceptance of Provisional Admission.
6. Verify your finger print at the location of the Institution Central Clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium, Ikorodu Campus)
7. Proceed to your Department Registration Officer at the location of the Institution Central Clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium, Ikorodu Campus) for clearance with originals of admission letters, results and other listed registration documents.
8. Proceed to your School Officer at the location of the Institution Central Clearance (School of Agriculture Auditorium, Ikorodu Campus) for final clearance with signed originals of admission letters, results, clearance form and other listed registration documents.
9. Return to school portal to make school fees payment
10. Complete the Course Registration Form by clicking the "Course Registration" link, then select the required courses and submit.
12. Print Course Registration form by clicking the "Print Registration" link (Review the printed course form for correctness and completeness)
13. Submit all required documents to your School Officer for final registration (5 copies – including a student copy) to open a student file
