FUD Post-UTME & DE Screening Form 2020/2021 [UPDATED]

 

Federal University Dutse (FUD) Post-UTME / Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening Form, Eligibility, Cutoff Mark, Screening Requirements, Date, Time, Application Guidelines and Deadline for 2020/2021 Academic Session [Newly Approved Programmes].

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to the Federal University Dutse (FUD) Post UTME/Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Latest Update: This is to inform all interested candidates who sat for 2020 JAMB UTME and scored 160 and above willing to study full-time undergraduate programme at Federal University Dutse, that the University has introduced four (4) programmes commencing from 2020/2021 academic session. Below are the Programmes and their admission requirements;

B.Sc. Insurance
O'level Requirements
Five credit at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Economics, and any other two subjects.
UTME SUBJECT
English,Mathematics,Economics and any other subject

B.LIS Library and Information Science
O'level Requirements
Five credit at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English. Mathematics and any other three subjects
UTME Requirements
English and any relevant three subjects

B.Ed. Primary Education
O'level Requirements
Five credit at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English. Mathematics and any other three subjects
UTME Requirements
English and any other three Subjects.

B.A (Ed) Islamic Studies
O'level Requirements
Five credit at SSCE (or its equivalent) in English, Mathematics, Islamic Studies and any other two Art subjects.
UTME Requirements
English, Islamic studies and any other two Art subjects.

Accordingly, interested candidates wishing to study the programmes should urgently visit JAMB website and effect change of Institution or programme of study for possible admission into the aforementioned programmes of the University, before Sunday, 11th April, 2021.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Only candidates who have met the following requirements are eligible to participate in the exercise.
Candidates must have chosen Federal University Dutse as First Choice and scored a minimum of 160 points and above in the 2020 UTME or applied for Direct Entry (DE).

2. Must have registered in Federal University Dutse Post UTME Portal.
3. Must have obtained minimum of live (5) relevant credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE (or its equivalent) in not more than two sittings for both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates.
4. Must have possessed 2020 UTME result slip.
5. Must have obtained at least Lower Credit at National Diploma (ND) in a relevant course, and minimum of eight (8) points with relevant subject combination at NCE and IJMB for Direct Entry (DE) admission

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Candidates are to log into the Federal University Dutse PUTME Portal- http://putme.fud.edu.ng or through the link on the University website to register online for the post UTME exercise.
• Candidates should login using their JAMB/DE Registration Number.
• Candidates should update their Date of Birth, Email, Phone Number, State/ G.A.
• Candidates should Generate Invoice + Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number
• Use the RRR Number to pay N 2,000 Post UTME charges, using any acceptable debit card, or pay at any Commercial Bank nationwide, including FUD Microfinance Bank.
• Candidates should verify their payment using the Verify button at the navigation–bar
• Candidates should select appropriate Subject Combinations which must be relevant to their Course of choice to write the aptitude test.
• Candidates should update their WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results (not more than two sittings) as well as A ‘Level
• Scan and Upload genuine and authentic copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/A’Level results and recent passport photograph.
• Print Examination Slip / Acknowledgement Slip.

NOTE

• All UTME candidates are to print the following;
  • Evidence of Remita Payment Receipt
  • Printed Acknowledgement Slip
  • JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips;
• All candidates are advised to make sure that they have uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB website.
• Candidates should bear in mind that uploading or providing any false or misleading credentials or information will result to outright disqualification.
• Candidates that paid the mandatory fee directly through the Commercial Banks immediately log back in for their payment slip.
• Candidates are strongly advised to avoid paying money or any form of gratification whatsoever to individuals or group for the purpose of the Screening or securing admissions.
