The Lagos State Government has announced that the sales of form for the Lagos State Common Entrance / Placement Test forms for students seeking transfer to public secondary schools for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Lagos State Common Entrance / Placement Screening Test will hold on 31st July, 2021 (Tentative Date).

The Lagos State annual Placement Test qualifies pupils for placement into State Secondary Schools.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants should contact the District of choice for clearance before payment. Forms can be obtained and returned to the office of the Tutor- General/Permanent Secretary of the Education District of the applicant’s choice for a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000), payable at any Skye Bank Branch – Account No: 4030010449, Agency Code: 4280000 and Sort Code: 32534/4040043.

APPLICATION COMMENCEMENT DATE / DEADLINE

Payment and collection of forms commenced in March, 2021 while submission will close on a date to be announced later.

SCREENING SCHEDULE

The Screening Test will be conducted in the Six Education Districts on 31st July, 2021 (Tentative Date) at 9:00 am prompt, Parents of successful applicants will be notified through text messages sent to the phone number supplied.
