Akwa Ibom Poly SUG Election Timetable 2019/2020 [REVISED]

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (AKWAIBOMPOLY) Student Union Government Election Timetable for 2019/2020 Academic Session [REVISED EDITION].

Further to the rescheduling of the election date, a revised timetable has been released by the Electoral Board. The new election timetable is as follows:

Latest Update: This is to inform all Students that Management has approved Wednesday 7th July, 2021 for the conduct of 2019/2020 SUG Bye-Election of candidates into the offices of Financial Secretary and Director of Socials/Welfare.

The election proper which will be through E-Voting Method will commence at 10.00am and end at 2.00pm.

Consequently, Students are by this circular directed to participate fully in the election and vote for candidates of their choice.

Please note that Wednesday, 7th July, 2021 has NOT been declared Lecture/Test/Examination free day, as Staff and Students are to continue with the normal academic activities.

This is to inform all Students that Management has approved the conduct of 2019/2020 Students' Union Government (SUG) Election through E-voting Method. The Election proper has been rescheduled to hold as follows:

• Date: Tuesday 29th June, 2021
• Venue: ONLINE
• Time: 10.00am - 3.00pm 

 
Consequently, Students are by this circular directed to participate fully in the election and vote candidates of their choices.

Please note that Tuesday 29th June, 2021 has been declared Lecture/Test/Examination-free day to enable students participate in the election.

Only NDII & HNDII (outgone and present) who have paid school fees up to 2019/2020 are eligible to vote.
